Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY This policy has been established to ensure that appointments are managed fairly, professionally and efficiently. By making payment and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined below. 1. Payment & Booking Confirmation An appointment is regarded as confirmed only once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by the practice. Appointment times cannot be reserved indefinitely without payment and may be allocated to another client until payment has been received. 2. Non-Refundable Sessions All counselling, coaching, premarital, recovery, consultation and related sessions are non-refundable once payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed, subject to any rights available to the client under applicable law. Clients are therefore encouraged to confirm their availability before making payment. 3. 48-Hour Rescheduling Policy Clients who need to change their appointment must submit a rescheduling request at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time of the session. For example, if a session is scheduled for Friday at 10:00, the rescheduling request must be received no later than Wednesday at 10:00. Where the required 48-hour notice has been provided, the session may be moved to another available date and time without forfeiting the session. All replacement appointments remain subject to the availability of the practice and counsellor. 4. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy All cancellations must similarly be communicated to the practice at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time. Cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a monetary refund. Where applicable, an eligible unused session may remain available for future use or may be transferred or gifted in accordance with this policy. 5. Late Cancellation or Rescheduling Any cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be regarded as a late cancellation. Because the appointment time has already been reserved specifically for the client and may be difficult to reallocate at short notice, the session may be regarded as used and forfeited.
